Clair H14/01/2024Absolutely gorgeous spot and wonderful host! We booked Pier 39 as a treat to ourselves to celebrate our anniversary. The location is great, overlooking the harbour and easy dandering distance to bars and restaurants. The host, Adrian, was so lovely and friendly and really welcoming. The room was just gorgeous! We booked the sea view room and it was very impressive; loads of space, great views, clean and beautifully modern. In the morning, we had a fab breakfast, I went for yogurt and granola and fruit and my partner enjoyed his cooked breakfast, said the eggs were perfectly fried. The only downside was that we hadn’t booked another night! Highly recommend this gorgeous B&B.

This is my third stay at Pier 39 and every time has been perfect… Adrian is a fabulous host who strikes the right balance between being attentive and allowing you to enjoy your stay. The accommodation is modern and clean while centrally located in Portrush. A pleasure to have a break here with the bonus of the sea view room to enjoy everything the Port has to offer! Thank you once again, see you next time!
Alex W22/09/2023Like staying at an old friends Absolutely incredible stay, very clean and modern. We had a ground floor room with patio doors which led onto the shared garden area. Room was very clean and well kept, with en-suite. We came over on bikes and Adrian was kind enough to give us off street parking in a locked compound.
Happycamperz117/09/2023Modern and Clean seafront B&B with attentive and pleasant host Adrian is an attentive, pleasant and friendly host in this beautiful modern seafront B&B. We only stayed one night (in a room with a lovely sea view) but were made to feel very welcome and would definitely return. A lovely cooked breakfast hit the spot before our onward journey the next morning. Would recommend
Philip J06/07/2023Great stay in a marvellous B & B Just back from a lovely three day stay in Pier 39. Our host, Adrian, was so welcoming - had the room ready early, and even told us of a car space outside just after we arrived. The room, on the ground floor with access to the rear garden, was excellent - spotlessly clean, with a huge and really comfy bed. The decor of the house was beautifully modern, with some interesting quirks, including a life-size Chinese Terracotta warrior in the porch! The breakfasts were great - fruit, juice and the full Ulster fry each morning. Adrian also gave us excellent tips for where to eat in Portrush in the evenings, and how to get around the "National Trust police" at the Giant's Causeway. I see that Pier 39 is listed on Tripadvisor as Number 2 out of 22 B&B's in Portrush - we think it is definitely number 1.
Mervyn K15/05/2023Adrian is the perfect host at Pier 39 We arrived early hoping to leave our luggage off until check-in time. Adrian welcomed us by first name and without query showed us to our room, the Ground floor Garden view room. A massive Super Kingsize bed, full leather sofa, Large Smart on the wall TV, ample wardrobe space with all you need, Fridge, Ironing board, Iron, Hairdryer, lots of options of teas & coffees, fresh milk and chilled water and all crowned off with Patio doors out to the sheltered garden. When it comes to breakfast there’s fresh fruit & yoghurt, fruit juices, cereals and a cooked breakfast of you choice all freshly cooked by Adrian himself. It will definitely be our 1st choice for our next stay in Portrush. A beautiful B&B overlooking the harbour & Lifeboat station. You couldn’t get a better position or better hosts. Thank you.
Mags L11/02/2023PERFECT STAY, PERFECT HOST We were offered the Seaview room and it was amazing. !! Beautiful view, spotless room, large comfy bed, bath and shower. Adrian is a lovely host and prepared a beautiful breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pier 39 and hope to return again soon
Debbie O25/09/2022Birthday weekend Excellent coastal location close to all the bars and restaurants. The accommodation was first class - lovely modern decor and great facilities. The choice at breakfast was great and all freshly cooked/prepared. Adrian was a brilliant host - very friendly, informative and helpful. We would definitely return.
LibbyAH23/09/2022Perfect example of what a B & B should be Everything about this B & B was positive: rooms were well decorated and clean; served breakfast was lovely, including fresh fruit; Adrian treated us as special guests. The location in Portrush allowed us to explore to the east - Giant's Causeway+ and to the west, Derry. There were many restaurants within walking distance. Please be aware that there is no dedicated parking for the B & B, which I suspect is the same for other B & B's in Portrush. Adrian assisted us in finding street parking in front of the building. There is a public lot nearby. As we never needed to use it, I can't say how convenient it is.
