Sumptuous bed linen, fluffy towels and wholesome breakfast. Slept really well. The creamy greek yoghurt and fruit was delicious ahead of my poached eggs. Helpful recommendations for restaurants etc. Thank you for the pretty mugs. Would love to stay again.Posted on TripadvisorVerified Fabulous stay at Pier 39 My husband and I decided on a last minute short break to Northern Ireland and chose to stay here at Pier 39. After booking we had great communication from Adrian, advising that our room would be available earlier than expected. We had the 3rd floor sea view room overlooking the harbour - great view. The room was really spacious and very well equipped. There were many choices of teas/coffees in the room, water a mini fridge, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. It had large wardrobes and plenty of clothes hangars/storage. There was also a sofa and a chair. The bathroom had a freestanding bath as well as a large shower with some toiletries provided. The only slight irk would be that I would prefer a door on the bathroom but it wasn’t a huge problem. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We had yoghurt/fruit (me) and cereal (hubby) followed by a substantial Irish breakfast. Adrian was a great host and very knowledgeable about the local area. All in all a fabulous stay and I would highly recommend staying here.Posted on TripadvisorVerified Fantastic BB Wonderful B &B with an amazing welcome. Our room was really nice and modern. The location is fantastic overlooking the harbour with lots of restaurants and a couple of great bars. The clean and modern property has everything you need provided by host Adrian who is both informative and attentive and likes to collect art and has many decorative items from far off countries from Easter Island and China greeting you st the front door.,Set opposite Portrush Harbour you are no more than 5 minutes walk from all the beaches, shops and attractions in the town. The views from our room on the top floor were stunning of the harbour, beach and further out to sea. The location is great, overlooking the harbour and easy dandering distance to bars and restaurants. The host, Adrian, was so lovely and friendly and really welcoming. The room was just gorgeous! We booked the sea view room and it was very impressive; loads of space, great views, clean and beautifully modern. In the morning, we had a fab breakfast, I went for yogurt and granola and fruit and my partner enjoyed his cooked breakfast, said the eggs were perfectly fried. This is my third stay at Pier 39 and every time has been perfect… Adrian is a fabulous host who strikes the right balance between being attentive and allowing you to enjoy your stay. The accommodation is modern and clean while centrally located in Portrush. A pleasure to have a break here with the bonus of the sea view room to enjoy everything the Port has to offer! We had a ground floor room with patio doors which led onto the shared garden area. Room was very clean and well kept, with en-suite. We only stayed one night (in a room with a lovely sea view) but were made to feel very welcome and would definitely return.
